FORMATIVE EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE SCHOOL-WIDE ECOSYSTEM SUPPORT PROGRAMME 2023-2024

This evaluation report assesses the impact of JMERC’s programs conducted from January 2023 to July 2024, which aim to foster socially and economically agile youth in Uganda. With a vision of nurturing self-aware and resilient youth, especially girls, JMERC’s program is designed to build a supportive, school-wide ecosystem that promotes lifelong learning and prepares young people for employment. The program is structured to empower students with critical life skills, develop teacher competencies, enhance school leadership, and engage communities in supporting youth development.
